These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the complimentary one-year OAMRS Platinum membership benefit ("the Benefit") offered by Human Integrity HR Ltd. ("Human Integrity HR," "we," "us," "our") in partnership with the Ontario Association of Medical Radiation Sciences ("OAMRS").
By accepting a promotional code or redeeming the Benefit, you ("the candidate," "you," "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Benefit
Human Integrity HR, in partnership with OAMRS, will provide eligible candidates with a unique promotional code redeemable for one (1) complimentary year of OAMRS Platinum membership, valued at $239 CAD at the time of publication.
The OAMRS Platinum membership includes, as of the date of these Terms:

The specific perks and inclusions of OAMRS Platinum membership are determined by OAMRS and are subject to change. Human Integrity HR makes no representations regarding the ongoing availability of any specific membership feature or third-party benefit. For current membership details, visit oamrs.org.
The Benefit has no cash value and may not be exchanged for monetary compensation.
2. Eligibility
The Benefit is available to candidates who meet all of the following conditions:
(a) You are placed by Human Integrity HR Ltd. in a full-time or part-time diagnostic imaging position within Human Integrity HR's network of imaging facilities;
(b) You meet one of the eligibility paths described in Section 3 below; and
(c) You are a resident of Canada at the time of your placement.
The Benefit is not available to candidates who:

Are referred directly to a facility without going through Human Integrity HR
-
Are placed through a different recruitment or staffing provider
-
Are independent contractors or self-employed practitioners not placed through Human Integrity HR
3. Eligibility Paths
Eligible candidates qualify under one of three paths, based on their professional status at the time of placement:
3.1 New Graduates (Uninsured): Candidates who are entering the workforce for the first time and who have never previously held professional liability insurance are eligible for the Benefit from the first day of their employment with the facility to which they were introduced by Human Integrity HR.
The standard 90-day probationary period described in Section 3.2 is waived for candidates who qualify under this path. Human Integrity HR may request confirmation that the candidate has not previously held professional liability insurance prior to issuing the promotional code.
3.2 Standard Hires: Candidates placed by Human Integrity HR in a full-time or part-time position become eligible upon the successful completion of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days of employment with the placing facility ("the Milestone").
Human Integrity HR will issue the promotional code following confirmation from the candidate and/or the placing facility that the Milestone has been reached. It is the candidate's responsibility to notify their Human Integrity HR recruiter upon completing the Milestone.
3.3 Existing OAMRS Members and Already-Insured Practitioners: Candidates who are existing OAMRS members or who hold professional liability insurance through another provider at the time of placement become eligible upon completion of the Milestone described in Section 3.2.
These candidates may redeem their promotional code at any point within twelve (12) months of the Milestone date, allowing them to align the complimentary year with their existing membership renewal cycle.
Promotional codes issued under this path that are not redeemed within 12 months of the Milestone date will expire and cannot be reissued.
4. Claiming the Benefit
4.1 Once eligibility is confirmed, Human Integrity HR will provide the eligible candidate with a unique, single-use promotional code via [email to the address on file with Human Integrity HR / their assigned recruiter — confirm delivery method before publishing].
4.2 The promotional code must be redeemed through the OAMRS membership portal at oamrs.org in accordance with OAMRS's standard redemption process. Human Integrity HR is not responsible for technical issues arising during the redemption process on the OAMRS platform.
4.3 Promotional codes expire as follows:

New Graduates (Section 3.1): [12 months from date of issue]

Existing Members / Already Insured (Section 3.3): 12 months from the Milestone date
Expired codes cannot be reissued or extended.
4.4 Each eligible candidate is entitled to one (1) promotional code per placement engagement with Human Integrity HR. Multiple placements through Human Integrity HR do not automatically generate additional Benefit eligibility unless expressly confirmed in writing by Human Integrity HR.
5. Non-Transferability
The Benefit and any associated promotional code are personal to the eligible candidate. They are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or shared with any other person or entity.
6. Relationship to OAMRS Membership Terms
The Benefit provides access to OAMRS Platinum membership, which is subject to OAMRS's own membership terms, conditions, and policies. By redeeming the promotional code, you agree to be bound by OAMRS's membership terms as published on oamrs.org at the time of redemption.
Human Integrity HR has no control over OAMRS's membership terms, the continued availability of specific membership benefits, or the terms of any third-party benefits associated with OAMRS membership (including Perkopolis, GoodLife Fitness, and The Personal). Any queries relating to OAMRS membership, coverage, or member services should be directed to OAMRS at oamrs.org.
7. No Guarantee of Employment
Nothing in these Terms constitutes a guarantee of employment placement, employment at a specific facility, or employment on specific terms. Eligibility for the Benefit is contingent on a successful placement being made and confirmed by Human Integrity HR. Human Integrity HR makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability of placements or the terms of any employment offered through our network.
8. Modifications and Termination of the Benefit
Human Integrity HR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Benefit program at any time and without prior notice.
Any such changes will not affect promotional codes already issued to eligible candidates prior to the date of the change. If the Benefit program is terminated, candidates who have reached eligibility but not yet received their code will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by Human Integrity HR.
Human Integrity HR will update these Terms to reflect any material changes. Continued use of a promotional code following an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Promotional Period
This Benefit is available for a limited time. The promotional period ends on May 31, 2027 ("the End Date").
No promotional codes will be issued to candidates who reach eligibility after the End Date. Placements confirmed by Human Integrity HR on or before May 31, 2027 will remain eligible provided all other conditions in these Terms are met.
Promotional codes issued prior to the End Date remain valid for redemption in accordance with the timeframes set out in Section 4.3, unless the End Date falls before the candidate's redemption window expires — in which case the earlier date applies.
Human Integrity HR reserves the right to extend the promotional period at its sole discretion. Any extension will be communicated via an update to these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Human Integrity HR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from:

The candidate's use of or inability to use the Benefit;

Changes to OAMRS's membership terms, pricing, or available benefits;

The suspension or termination of any third-party benefit associated with OAMRS membership;

Technical issues during promotional code redemption; or
-
Any failure by the candidate to meet eligibility requirements or redemption deadlines.
Nothing in these Terms limits Human Integrity HR's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with the Benefit is handled in accordance with Human Integrity HR's Privacy Policy, available at [humanintegrityhr.com/privacy — confirm URL]. By participating in the Benefit program, you consent to the sharing of relevant placement information between Human Integrity HR and OAMRS for the purpose of confirming eligibility and processing your membership.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
