At Human Integrity HR we take extra steps in protecting against unauthorized access by employing a combination of physical security measures and technological safeguards including encrypting all stored data with industry-standard protocols such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All employees who handle sensitive information are trained on proper security protocols and are regularly audited for compliance with these policies. Moreover, all servers storing PII are located in secure facilities that are monitored 24/7 by third-party security companies specializing in intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS). We also aggressively purge old records containing PII from our databases after they have been inactive for an extended period of time unless legally required otherwise. Furthermore, any paper documents containing PII are immediately shredded once no longer needed for legitimate business purposes.
