PRIVACY POLICY.

Human Integrity HR respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law.

Who we are

Human Integrity HR ("HiHR", "we") is a Canadian recruitment firm specializing in permanent diagnostic imaging placements. Our office is at 6733 Mississauga Rd, Suite 700, Mississauga, ON.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number, facility name and location. • Career information: resumes, credentials, specialty, work preferences and anything you include in messages. • Employer enquiries: role details, number of roles and start dates. • Basic website data: pages visited and device type, used to keep the site working and improve it.

Why we collect it

We use your information to match technologists with permanent roles, respond to enquiries, arrange interviews, and send emails you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

• Consent: By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example on a form or by texting us first), you consent to receive SMS messages from Human Integrity HR about job opportunities, interviews, your application and replies to your enquiries. Consent is not a condition of any service or placement. • Message frequency varies depending on your conversations with our recruiters. • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. • To stop receiving texts, reply STOP at any time. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to opt back in. • For help, reply HELP or contact us at jobs@humanintegrityhr.com or 905-915-5666. • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us deliver messages.

Consent and sharing

Your resume is never sent to an employer without your permission. We share information only with prospective employers you approve, with service providers who help us run the site and our applicant tracking system (for example, Loxo for job applications), or where the law requires it.

Storage and security

Resumes and enquiries are stored on secure, access-controlled systems. Only authorized HiHR staff can view them. Resume download links in our internal emails expire after 30 days. Some of our service providers may store data outside Canada; when they do, it is protected by contract and subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate and enquiry information only as long as it is useful for recruitment or required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Email jobs@humanintegrityhr.com or call 905-915-5666 and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and advertising

We use a small amount of browser storage so the site works, for example to remember whether you are a technologist or an employer and which province you picked. • Advertising and measurement: we use Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). They record the pages you visit, your device and browser, and a cookie identifier. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. • Google and Meta receive this information and handle it under their own privacy policies. • Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are not tracked. • To opt out, you can block or clear cookies in your browser, change your ad settings at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook account under Ad preferences, or use the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada opt-out at youradchoices.ca.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or complaints can go to our Privacy Officer at jobs@humanintegrityhr.com. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
