MRI technologist
Strong demand province-wide. Overnight and weekend coverage carries the biggest premium in imaging right now.
CT technologist
Steady demand, with trauma centres paying above community rates for experienced staff.
Sonographer
The tightest market in the province. Vascular and cardiac specialists can effectively name their setting.
Radiography
Broadest range of employers, from single-room clinics to teaching hospitals, with correspondingly wide pay.
Nuclear medicine
Fewer roles, fewer candidates. PET/CT experience is the single biggest lever on an offer.
Leadership
Charge techs, supervisors, and imaging managers — compensation tracks department size and scope more than modality.
Ranges are indicative hourly rates for Ontario, where most of our placements are, as we see them, not published scales. Hospital roles typically follow a union grid; private and community rates negotiate more freely.
