Lead MRI Technologist – Barrie, ON
Human Integrity HR is currently looking for a Lead MRI Technologist for an exciting opportunity with an upcoming imaging clinic opening in Barrie.
This role is ideal for an experienced MRI Technologist who is interested not only in clinical work, but also in helping establish and support the operational setup of a brand-new MRI clinic.
The client is seeking a motivated leader who can play a key role in building workflows, supporting clinic setup, and helping create a strong and positive clinical environment from the ground up.
Position Overview
The Lead MRI Technologist will perform MRI examinations while also assisting with clinic operations, workflow development, equipment setup coordination, and day-to-day leadership support during the clinic launch phase.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing organization and contribute to the successful opening of a modern imaging facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations following established protocols
- Assist with MRI clinic setup and workflow implementation
- Support operational processes and imaging best practices
- Help establish clinical standards and procedures
- Collaborate with management, radiologists, and vendor teams
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and exceptional patient care
- Provide mentorship and support to future team members as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Registration in good standing with CMRITO
- CAMRT certification preferred
- Strong MRI experience required
- Previous leadership or senior technologist experience preferred
- Experience with clinic operations or workflow setup considered a strong asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a growing environment
